SMEDA Trade Fair 2012
The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Business, Enterprise and Cooperatives is organizing the 8th Edition of SME Trade and Technology Fair from 27 to 30 September 2012 at Swami Vivekananda International Convention Centre (SVICC) Pailles. This was announced by Business, Enterprise and Cooperatives Minister Hon. J. Seetaram, this week.
The SME Trade and Technology Fair 2012 will exhibit products and services offered by a wide range of SMEs, selected from all over the country and the from region as well as technologies proposed by local and foreign companies. The fair will host some 150 different booths including 15 for local and foreign suppliers of technology.
The objective of the SME Trade and Technology Fair 2012 is to give a boost to the growth momentum to the sector, by facilitating SMEs’ access to the local market through better communication, marketing and sale of their products and services. Furthermore, SMEs will be able to discover customer needs and network with large corporations and institutions. Support institutions, which will give free advice, techniques and other services to future entrepreneurs, will also be available at the Fair.
