The ‘Healthy Snacking Advice for Children and Adults’ video, produced by Dr Sheena Patel, a reputed dental surgeon practising in the UK, highlights key information and tips on healthy snacking for both children and adults as well as on general dental health.
Dr Sheena Patel BDS (London) FGDP RCS (UK) MSc RDP (UCL) graduated from Kings College, London, in 2011, and completed her training at the Oxford Deanery. She went on to work at a family practice in Berkshire, during which time she completed her post-graduate Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons England. This is a prestigious qualification that gives dentists additional skills for working in general practice.
She has also completed an MSc in Restorative Dentistry at the renowned Eastman Dental Institute, UCL, with distinction, and which enables her to provide complex restorative treatments. Dr Patel is also trained in the use of dental lasers. Outside of dentistry, Sheena Patel enjoys travelling and treasure quality time with family and friends.
