Yet, true hands-on leadership is not about stifling control; it is about architectural engagement. To understand this style at its zenith, one must look to the man who transformed Singapore from a vulnerable, third-world port into a global economic powerhouse: Lee Kuan Yew.<\/span><\/p>\n
