Disrupt represents our dedication to investing in Mauritian talent, providing young professionals with the opportunity to thrive and fully express their creativity within a pioneering company where innovation is at the heart of all our initiatives.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The innovative Disrupt program aims to recruit five of the country&#8217;s top young talents while establishing a robust succession plan to ensure the sustainability and growth of ABC Group\u2019s automotive division.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Disrupt is structured into four main tracks: Engineering Maestro, Creative Dynamo, Innovation Catalyst, and Operational Alchemist, with an additional Wild Card category for uniquely talented candidates.
