Prisoner<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Deprived of sunshine,<\/span><\/p>\n

Neither had I crossed the borderline<\/span><\/p>\n

Nor had I made<\/span><\/p>\n

A haven mine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Blank papers are my friends,<\/span><\/p>\n

My guide are the quill pens,<\/span><\/p>\n

My table makes me race,<\/span><\/p>\n

To find solace<\/span><\/p>\n

In all my writings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Without these papers,<\/span><\/p>\n

Spreads vainness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Loneliness forces<\/span><\/p>\n

Me and the crazy horse<\/span><\/p>\n

Of my mind rushes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Appearing like a sceptre,<\/span><\/p>\n

Loneliness is the spectre<\/span><\/p>\n

Leaving me dejected,<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes neglected.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oram, I cursed?<\/span>
\nNot a single entity<\/span>
\nBut only materiality.<\/span>
\nThere resides silence<\/span>
\nAnd whisper the memories.<\/span>
\nOn the paper,<\/span>
\nDroplets of rain<\/span>
\nDrip to give condolence<\/span>
\nFor this quietness.<\/span>
\nIn the mirror<\/span><\/p>\n

Appears no one<\/span><\/p>\n

But my own reflection<\/span><\/p>\n

Mocking me with rejection<\/span><\/p>\n

And much abhor.<\/span><\/p>\n

The wind lashes out<\/span>
\nTo send me out.<\/span>
\nBut here am I a prisoner<\/span>
\nWaiting for my rescuer <\/span><\/p>\n

Restrained spaces <\/span>
\nare my barriers<\/span>
\nVicious are the glares<\/span>
\nEvil are the intentions <\/span>
\nYet have some hope.<\/span><\/p>\n

From these hindrances<\/span><\/p>\n

Will I slope or elope??<\/span><\/p>\n

* * *<\/span><\/p>\n

The Course of Love<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The arrow of Cupid<\/span><\/p>\n

Pierces the heart,<\/span><\/p>\n

Renders it humid,<\/span><\/p>\n

With strong sentiment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not merely a simple word<\/span><\/p>\n

But sets apart a world<\/span><\/p>\n

Is the magic of love.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the ocean of dove,<\/span><\/p>\n

Involuntarily the partners dive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Without it\u2019s waves<\/span><\/p>\n

It is<\/span><\/p>\n

Impossible to live.<\/span><\/p>\n

His heart sensed<\/span><\/p>\n

Her knock<\/span><\/p>\n

Yet it hesitated<\/span><\/p>\n

To talk.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a block<\/span><\/p>\n

In my mind<\/span><\/p>\n

Where emotions cannot crack<\/span><\/p>\n

In her breath<\/span><\/p>\n

Remains his fragrance<\/span><\/p>\n

His true wealth<\/span><\/p>\n

Is her eye’s radiance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her innocence<\/span><\/p>\n

Is his only truth.<\/span><\/p>\n

His presence<\/span><\/p>\n

Provides warmth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her constant sigh<\/span><\/p>\n

Is an evidence<\/span><\/p>\n

Of him being alive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be heartbroken<\/span><\/p>\n

If one vow<\/span><\/p>\n

Is yet to be taken<\/span><\/p>\n

Assume we are soulmates<\/span><\/p>\n

As from now.<\/span><\/p>\n

The letter<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The letter<\/span><\/p>\n

Reveals the secret<\/span><\/p>\n

Of the mind and the hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

The receiver<\/span><\/p>\n

Unwraps it with zest<\/span><\/p>\n

And enters a dreamland.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the letter<\/span><\/p>\n

Comes out<\/span><\/p>\n

Bubbles heart<\/span><\/p>\n

That burst on the lover<\/span><\/p>\n

Leaving an exquisite scent.<\/span><\/p>\n

It connects the soul<\/span><\/p>\n

To console<\/span><\/p>\n

Both distorted in separation<\/span><\/p>\n

Oh, dear letter,<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019re a uniter!<\/span><\/p>\n

The letter<\/span><\/p>\n

Is an invitation<\/span><\/p>\n

And representation<\/span><\/p>\n

Of two individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Allowing to join hands<\/span><\/p>\n

It merges enterprises.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is the key<\/span><\/p>\n

To profit,<\/span><\/p>\n

Locked money,<\/span><\/p>\n

For more credit.<\/span><\/p>\n

The letter<\/span>
\nBinds the companions<\/span>
\nWith an everlasting string. <\/span>
\nHeralding the beginning of spring<\/span>
\nIt dispels hopelessness<\/span>
\nWith a beam of light<\/span>
\nBringing a little delight<\/span>
\nObliging to forget any fight<\/span>
\nBetween her and her kinsman.<\/span>
\nAnd brings relief<\/span>
\nAt night.<\/span>
\nEven though humans are changeable <\/span>
\nYou’re irreplaceable<\/span>
\nAnd adorable.<\/span>
\nOh dear letter! You’re an informator!<\/span><\/p>\n
