Ce, quelques heures seulement apr\u00e8s que les deux leaders politiques avaient dit \u00aboui\u00bb aux fian\u00e7ailles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">Pourquoi les circonscriptions rurales \u2013 du No 5 (Triolet\/Pamplemousses) au No 12 (Mah\u00e9bourg\/Plaine-Magnien) ? Parce que la majorit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lectorat de ces circonscriptions est \u00ab rouge \u00bb (les statistiques le prouvent) et il voit en Paul B\u00e9renger une menace pour son avenir. Cet \u00e9lectorat, qui n\u2019a jamais voulu du leader mauve, m\u00eame pas en alliance avec Navin Ramgoolam, avait accept\u00e9 de faire un pacte avec le leader mauve contre son propre gr\u00e9. On peut aussi dire que m\u00eame l\u2019\u00e9lectorat de l\u2019ancien Remake 2000, avec lequel Paul B\u00e9renger a jou\u00e9 du \u00abcooling on\/cooling off\u00bb, dans ces circonscriptions, ne lui fait pas confiance, craignant, lui aussi, pour son avenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00abin and out\u00bb de samedi dernier (7 juin 2014) est venu bouleverser le paysage politique dans ces circonscriptions. Paul B\u00e9renger croit avoir affaibli le PTr ou son leader avec sa fa\u00e7on de faire, en croyant peut-\u00eatre que le gouvernement travailliste qui ne tient qu\u2019\u00e0 un fil, vu que ce parti ne poss\u00e8de qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019un d\u00e9put\u00e9 seulement au Parlement, soit 35 contre 34 \u00e0 l\u2019Opposition, va tomber. C\u2019est le contraire qui est vrai car ce n\u2019est pas dit que le MSM et le PMSD voteraient avec le MMM si jamais un vote \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu dans l\u2019h\u00e9micycle prochainement, et ce, m\u00eame en cas de motion de censure qui, selon les rumeurs, serait en pr\u00e9paration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">Au fait, Paul B\u00e9renger a marginalis\u00e9 son propre parti dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne politique avec sa fa\u00e7on de faire, surtout sur le terrain de ces circonscriptions rurales qui comptent pour 24 si\u00e8ges de d\u00e9put\u00e9s au Parlement. C\u2019est s\u00fbr que les mauves n\u2019obtiendront aucun de ces si\u00e8ges lors des prochaines \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et que tous iraient aux rouges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">Toute action entra\u00eene une r\u00e9action. Paul B\u00e9renger l\u2019apprendra \u00e0 ses d\u00e9pens bient\u00f4t, s\u2019il ne l\u2019a pas encore fait. Cette r\u00e9action prendra la forme d\u2019une alliance Bleu-Blanc-Rouge, entendez par l\u00e0, une alliance PTr-MSM-PMSD ou alors, le PTr seul avec Navin Ramgoolam qui est relativement jeune, fort et smart. Du moins, c\u2019est le v\u0153u de cette population rurale des circonscriptions Nos 5 \u00e0 12 apr\u00e8s avoir assist\u00e9 au cin\u00e9ma de Paul B\u00e9renger, ce qui va faire mal aux mauves, comme dans les ann\u00e9es 1983\/1990.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">Comme en Inde lors des derni\u00e8res \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales o\u00f9 le parti du Congr\u00e8s a mordu la poussi\u00e8re apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de jeu communal tout en se d\u00e9clarant la\u00efc ! Le leader du MMM pratique aussi ce m\u00eame jeu chez nous. C\u2019est un parti nationaliste, le Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), qui a remport\u00e9 ces \u00e9lections. Cette histoire se r\u00e9p\u00e9tera aussi \u00e0 Maurice au vu de la fa\u00e7on de faire de Paul B\u00e9renger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">Depuis samedi soir (7 mai 2014), donc, l\u2019onde de choc qui a travers\u00e9 la population rurale s\u2019est transform\u00e9e en un v\u0153u aux couleurs \u00abbleu, blanc et rouge.\u00bb Cet \u00e9lectorat ne veut plus entendre parler maintenant de la couleur mauve. Too many children stay awake long into the night playing computer games under their duvets rather than sleeping, according to Mary Bousted, the general secretary of the Association of Teachers and Lecturers. \u201cIt is like having a TV in the bedroom but it is easier (to deceive parents) because it is smaller,\u201d she said. \u201cParents will say to their children \u2018turn your tablet off now and go to bed\u2019 but two hours later they\u2019re still under the duvet playing their computer games. Rather than sleeping they can be playing the games for anything between four and five hours. My view is the only thing you as a parent can do, is take it off them.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">It is reported that computer tablet addiction is leading to symptoms of withdrawal amongst pupils, a loss of interest in any other activity, irritability, and poor performance in school and the loss of educational opportunities. How to tackle it?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">One teacher says: \u201cIt\u2019s true. Last summer we had a kid in class, who was always falling asleep and not being able to concentrate. It was a foreign kid and in on-site digs. In the end his mobile and tablet were taken away from him as he spent the night playing on them we suspected. A few days later he was witty and engaging in the lessons.\u201d One British parent said that she took the gadgets away at bedtime and let the kids sleep. If they protest it is because they use them when alone. \u201cMy kid used to wake up early at 5 am to have his tablet. But this was banned until 8 am.
