The name of Swami Dayanand was given to this Institute of Management. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">But now whenever we travel by Beau Plan, we get disheartened to see that the name of Swami Dayanand has been dropped. It is now known as the \u2018University des Mascareignes\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #000000;\">We do not understand why the authorities found it necessary to change the name of this Institute. The original name should have been kept. After all, Swami Dayanand was a great social reformer. His contributions in the field of education were very praiseworthy, and he promoted the advancement of all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">H.
