Mais on appr\u00e9cie moins le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sombre de la femme politicienne. Elle est expressive, cette caricature de Deven T.<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">, qui <\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">a<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> ceci <\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">pour message<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">: L<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">es femmes peuvent mieux faire que les hommes comme transfuges politiques. Attir\u00e9es par <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">le<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> pouvoir, elles <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">se bercent d\u2019illusions<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Platon, reconnu comme le philosophe de la Cit\u00e9 id\u00e9ale, \u00e9crit dans <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Les Lois<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">, 942a: <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u201cLe pr\u00e9cepte le plus essentiel est que nul, ni homme ni femme, ne reste sans chef ; que nulle t\u00eate d\u2019homme ne s\u2019habitue, soit en combat r\u00e9el, soit dans les jeux, \u00e0 agir seule et sans contr\u00f4le ; il faut, au contraire, en guerre comme en paix, vivre les yeux constamment fix\u00e9s sur le chef et soumis \u00e0 ses ordres et se laisser diriger par lui jusque dans ses plus simples gestes.<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Voil\u00e0 ce qu\u2019enseignait Platon, qui continue d\u2019inspirer tous les <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">M<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">arxistes<\/span> <span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">qui existent encore sur cette plan\u00e8te et qui r\u00eavent d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 parfaite sous un esprit de commandement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Pour Platon donc, \u00ab\u00a0<em>nul, ni homme ni femme, ne reste sans chef <\/em>\u00bb. Le chef, c\u2019est celui <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">ou celle <\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">qui est au pouvoir. L\u2019homme ou la femme doit \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre qui d\u00e9tient le pouvoir. Donc, le probl\u00e8me de la femme peut \u00eatre aussi le probl\u00e8me de l\u2019homme.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Ce n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me de sexe, mais un probl\u00e8me de pouvoir. La soif du pouvoir, l\u2019abus du pouvoir, la concentration du pouvoir<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">: <\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">c\u2019est ce qui peut changer une femme ou un homme.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Si nous cessons de parler en termes d\u2019hommes et de femmes, si nous parlons plut\u00f4t en termes d\u2019individus, nous serons \u00e0 m\u00eame de mieux saisir les grands <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">enjeux<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9, c\u2019est quoi au juste\u00a0? C\u2019est une entit\u00e9 abstraite, mais concr\u00e8tement<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">,<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> c\u2019est un ensemble d\u2019hommes et de femmes. Il n\u2019<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">y a<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> pas un \u00eatre social, mais il existe <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">des<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> \u00eatres humains, <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">de<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">s individus, qui entretiennent des relations et qui <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">se c\u00f4toient<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Donc, quand on <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">se r\u00e9f\u00e8re au<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> \u00ab\u00a0social\u00a0\u00bb, on ne parle pas du \u00ab\u00a0collectif\u00a0\u00bb, mais de \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019inter-individuel\u00a0\u00bb, du \u00ab\u00a0relationnel\u00a0\u00bb. Ce sont les relations entre les individus qui tissent une soci\u00e9t\u00e9, une famille, une association.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText2\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Relations d\u00e9personnalis\u00e9es, anonymes et abstraites<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">De l\u2019individu, on arrive \u00e0 l\u2019inter-individuel, au relationnel. L\u2019inter-individuel concerne d\u2019abord deux personnes, le mari et la femme\u00a0; puis trois personnes, le mari, la femme et le <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">fils<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> ; ensuite quatre personnes, le mari, la femme, le <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">fils<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> et la <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">fille<\/span> <span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">; et ainsi de suite.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">A mesure que le nombre de personnes augmente, les relations deviennent d\u00e9personnalis\u00e9es. Citons ce c\u00e9l\u00e8bre passage du <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Trait\u00e9 de la Nature Humaine<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> de David Hume :<\/span><em style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> \u00ab\u00a0Un homme aime naturellement mieux ses enfants que ses neveux, ses neveux mieux que ses cousins, ses cousins mieux que des \u00e9trangers\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">Aussi, les relations deviennent anonymes, car on ne peut pas conna\u00eetre tout le monde. De plus, les relations deviennent abstraites : lorsque nous envoyons une lettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, nous n\u2019avons pas \u00e0 savoir si le facteur qui va d\u00e9poser cette lettre aime les gens de notre pays.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Cela <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u00e9tant <\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">dit, quand <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">nous sommes<\/span> <span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">entre quelques personnes<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">, <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">nous pouvons<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> former une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 close, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans laquelle les relations sont de type face-\u00e0-face, comme dans une tribu. Ici, nous sommes dans le relationnel pur.<\/span> <span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">En revanche, <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">lorsque<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> nous sommes en pr\u00e9sence de milliers d\u2019individus, li\u00e9s par des relations d\u00e9personnalis\u00e9es, anonymes et abstraites, nous sommes condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 vivre dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte qui est gouvern\u00e9e par des r\u00e8gles g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Ici, nous sommes dans l\u2019institutionnel.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Ainsi, p<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">our avoir un vrai d\u00e9bat sur la place des femmes au pouvoir, il ne faut pas confondre le relationnel et l\u2019institutionnel.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Au niveau relationnel, la plupart des hommes n\u2019ont aucun<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">e<\/span> <span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">r\u00e9ticence<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> pour mener un combat en faveur des femmes. Ils seront d\u2019accord pour dire que les hommes ne doivent pas faire violence aux femmes, <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">mais<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> qu\u2019ils doivent aider \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des femmes.<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> E<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">n ce qui concerne les probl\u00e8mes de couple, quoi qu\u2019en fasse l\u2019Etat par voie de l\u00e9gislation, si la femme n\u2019a pas un <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">conjoint<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> compr\u00e9hensif, ou si l<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">e mari<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> n\u2019a pas une \u00e9pouse compr\u00e9hensive, personne \u00e0 part eux-m\u00eames ne pourra r\u00e9soudre leurs probl\u00e8mes<\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">, \u00e0 <\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">moins que nous voulions vivre dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 communiste o\u00f9 l\u2019Etat a un droit de regard sur tout, m\u00eame sur notre vie priv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">A<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">u niveau institutionnel, les relations humaines ne sont pas du type face-\u00e0-face\u00a0: elles sont d\u00e9personnalis\u00e9es, anonymes et abstraites. Dans ce cas, on doit <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">se battre<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> pour des droits \u00e9gaux, sans <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">aucune <\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">discrimination de sexe, de race ou de religion. Pour cela, il faut promouvoir les institutions de libert\u00e9, <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">soit<\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"> les r\u00e8gles g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et non-discriminatoires.
