Two sharply dressed young men drive out in a shiny Rolls Royce in Amsterdam to see what the Osho Mevlana Commune is all about for their serial \u2018Cult Status\u2019 directed by Loran von Liebenstein.<\/span><\/p>\n Here is a light-hearted view of Osho\u2019s vision and Dynamic Meditation with slick camera work by Peter de Jong uploaded on You Tube recently.\u00a0https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xgejKkjd2WA&feature=share<\/span><\/p>\n On the way to the commune, the presenters talk about India, its culture and gurus focusing on Osho and his vision of celebrating life instead of inflicting pain on yourself. \u201cWhat\u2019s wrong if Buddha is dancing in a disco?\u201d asks Osho in answer to a question.<\/span><\/p>\n Osho had 96 Rolls but he was not attached to any one of them, says a presenter. \u201c\u2018Celebrating life\u2019 is Osho\u2019s core message as he is against self-inflicted pain to reach God. It\u2019s not evil to be wealthy to have fun and laugh.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n A Spiritual Playboy <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n A clip of Osho\u2019s provoking grammatical analysis of the four-letter word F**K is also shown. In answer to a question, Osho proclaims, \u201cI\u2019m a spiritual playboy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n They are welcomed by Swami Prabuddha (Charles Balcombe) who has visited Oshodham many times over the past years for meditation camps, Mystic Rose and other groups.<\/span><\/p>\n As they reach the commune which has 25 residents, Prabuddha, who works as a chef in a restaurant, explains that everyone shares the work joyfully to keep it going while living up to Osho\u2019s vision.<\/span><\/p>\n Celebrate Everything <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe celebrate everything, both positive and negative,\u201d he says, \u201cRecently, my Dad was diagnosed with cancer,\u201d he says, \u201cWhen I heard this news, I directly confronted myself and totally accepted it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cOsho is available NOW,\u201d he goes on, \u201cAlthough I didn\u2019t see him in his body but I can experience him through meditation.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n That\u2019s when he explains Dynamic Meditation, the new technique for the new age. The two presenters put on maroon robes and go all out into this meditation.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWow, this was something else,\u201d gushes one of them when it\u2019s over. \u201cIt forces the demons out of us,\u201d says the other. \u201cYes, it is very physical and hyperventilates that looks crazy from the outside but liberating inside,\u201d comments the first one.<\/span><\/p>\n Inner Caveman<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAll your life, you are told to keep your emotions to yourself, not to scream; but here you can get your inner caveman out with screaming. It\u2019s very liberating, whatever comes, flows out from inside your body,\u201d concludes his friend, \u201cLet\u2019s do it again.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n What\u2019s unique about this documentary is the presenters actually take part in Dynamic Meditation, and experience it, before pronouncing judgements on the technique, unlike most others.
